  • Physics of energy and momentum flow in conductive fluids is emphasized, presumably related to the Maxwell tensor in Fourier space, and thereto the dynamic control of either the geometry or structure in equilibrium with turbulence is our ultimate interest. The practical media herein considered is liquid metal in FBR and magnetized plasmas in a fusion reactor and space engines. In addition, the utmost resolution in the electric and magnetic field measurement is thereby prerequisite, and macroscopic quantum control method is accordingly studied.
